Jack Chitayat is Chairman and CEO of Atlantic Realty Group. The main activities of the group include principal investment, syndication and management of commercial real estate properties in the North East, Mid-Atlantic, South, Southeast, Midwest, Texas, Southwest, California and Canada. Their portfolio includes over 8,750,000 square feet of property, approximately 3,100 apartment units, with a value in excess of $850 million at the time of purchase, refinance and/or sale. Atlantic Realty Group has also engaged in a variety of corporate finance projects including (i) raising the initial capital of $11 million for the MBS Fund Caspian, a $400 million offshore mortgage-backed securities fund managed by CDC Investment Management Corporation; and (ii) raising the required equity capital for a Houston-based developer of industrial cogeneration projects using fluid bed technology to produce steam and electricity, Vedco Energy Corp., to build their first cogeneration facility.

Prior to founding Atlantic Realty Group Mr. Chitayat was a founding partner and principal of J. Holdsworth Capital Limited (“JHC”), a private investment and management group, established in 1987, engaged in the acquisition and subsequent operation of middle market manufacturing, distribution and service businesses as well as venture backed start-ups. Formerly, Jack Chitayat was a Consultant with Bain & Company.
